The components of M-MAT have a strong evidence base but, as we know, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and M-MAT has some unique elements as well. As a new model, there is a lot of room for research! The structured nature of M-MAT makes it a good candidate. This bibliography provides a good start on your literature review.
